Saul Tepper (A Correction)

Okay, this is embarrassing.  In my post on Dean Cornwell I inserted an illustration by Saul Tepper and credited it to Cornwell.  So here it is again with the proper attribution, and as a bonus I was able to identify the title as well.  It reminds me of a scene from an early Clint Eastwood demi-western called The Beguiled, which if you haven’t seen it, you really should check it out.  Anyway, Tepper was not only an illustrator but also an art director and music writer during the long span of his career.

And just for the hell of it, here’s another Saul Tepper illustration.
